I eat sweet potatoes 365 days a year. I'm an unparalleled sweet potato lover. I live in the Kanto region.
Since my student days, I have visited producers and shops all over the country, and while experiencing the passion and dedication of the creators, I became fascinated by the profound depth of sweet potatoes.
Since 2017, under the concept of "Sweet Potatoes in Everyday Life," we have been promoting the appeal of sweet potatoes from all over Japan through social media and blogs.
Currently, I'm mainly using social media, events, and media to introduce the deliciousness and ways to enjoy sweet potatoes.
The YouTube channel "Imorin Channel" is currently streaming videos that immerse you in the world of sweet potatoes.
He also works as an advisor and producer on product development for promoting sweet potato sales and revitalizing local communities.
